Online banking allows you access virtually all of your bank account information including transactions, balances, statements and more from the comforts of home. It is of utmost importance for us to protect your personal information when you are banking online with us. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect your personal information. All personal and account information that passes between your computer and Citizens State Bank's online banking system is encrypted. This means that while your information is in transit, it is scrambled so that only Citizens State Bank's computer equipment can reassemble it to its original text format. When Citizens State Bank sends personal account information back to you, it is also encrypted so that only your computer can decipher it and reconstruct the data transmitted.

E-Statements - Signing up is fast and easy!
Our E-statements are a way to eliminate paper copies of your statement and replace them with an e-mail alert so you can view your statements online. If you already use Citizens State Bank's online banking system, you can get your bank statements online, anytime, anywhere and also help the environment at the same time. Banking with Citizens State Bank just got even more convenient with our CSB Mobile Banking solution! We have added another feature to our Online Banking service allowing you access to your accounts whenever and wherever through your web-enabled cell phone or other mobile device.
What can you do with mobile banking?
• Access your checking, savings and loan accounts you have enrolled through Online Banking
• View account balances, transaction history, and personal alerts
• Transfer between accounts
• Make bill payments to existing payees
How to get started:
• Login to your Online Banking account (must be enrolled in CSB Online Banking first)
• Select the "Options" tab
• Select "Mobile Banking"
• Activate Mobile Banking

To download the CSB Mobile Banking application go to the Apple iPhone or iPad App Store or Android Google Play Store and do a search using “CSB Hudson”. Select the "download" button and it will quickly download to your mobile device.

Mobile Browser Banking
If your mobile device is not an iPhone, iPad or an Android, once you have enrolled through Online Banking, you should be able to use the device’s web browser to access mobile banking through the following web URL: https://www.airteller.com/csbnet
Mobile Text Banking
Enroll in Text Banking and you will be able to request balance and recent account history by simply texting a valid command. Text Banking can provide you with a “quick check” of your accounts. Text Banking can be used on any device with SMS capable texting. Text Banking provides information only and does not support transactions or transfers. Sign up for Text Banking within Online Banking under the Options→Mobile Settings→Text Mobile Settings tab.

Mobile Banking Security
Using mobile devices for financial services is a lot like using a computer and you should use similar best practices for security—especially since your mobile device can get lost or stolen. Since your account data is not stored on your mobile device, your information cannot be stolen. When you replace your device, simply edit your Mobile Settings and make any changes to the Wireless Provider and/or Phone Number.
Your mobile device must be web-enabled and must allow SSL-traffic (you may need to contact your mobile provider to determine this). Mobile Banking is not available for Cash Management users at this time. We do not guarantee the functionality of the service on all wireless devices. We do not charge you any fees for using this product, but you may be charged for web access by your mobile carrier. You are responsible for checking with your carrier for details on specific fees and charges that may apply.
