Lost/Stolen ATM/Debit Card


If your Citizens State Bank Debit/ATM card is lost or stolen, here’s what you need to do: 

  • Call us immediately at 715-386-9050 or 
  • Call the 24/7 Help Desk at 1-888-297-3416
  • Cancel your card either via your Mobile App or Online Banking
    • Go to your Manage Cards Box on dashboard, choose the card that was lost or stolen, select the correct option to cancel the card

If you would like a replacement card, please contact us. A card will not be automatically sent. 

You can also "hold" your card via online banking under Manage Cards on dashboard. This will stop the ability to use the card and give you an opportunity to look for the card before having to cancel.
