How to use the telebanking system
- Telebank Line 800-229-4760
- Our telebank line default is Touch Tone, but at any time you can press 8* to use voice recognition
- Follow the Menu Prompts
- First time login
Press option 2
Enter any of your Account Numbers
You will be asked to enter your social security or tax id number – this is the only time you will be asked to enter your number (unless you request an Access Code Reset) to verify your identity
Create a 4 digit Access Code
Re-enter Access Code for verification - Enter your Account Number and Access Code
- First time login
- Press zero to talk to a customer representative
- Press 3* for the Main Menu
- Press # to repeat the Menu Options

- Card Services
This option is when making changes to your CSB Debit Card. You can Activate, Deactivate (report lost or stolen), Change PIN (you do not need to know current PIN), Reorder Card and notify us of Travel Plans - Account Balance
This option is used to obtain your account balance information - Account History
This option is used to access your account history information - Transfer Funds or Make a Loan Payment
This option will allow you to transfer funds between your accounts, schedule transfers, make a loan payment or a principal loan payment - Stop Payment
This option allows you to place a stop payment on a check using the check number - Get Bank Information by Email
This option allows you to get a “snapshot” statement for current history on your account - Change your Access Code
This option allows you to change your Access Code - Bank Information
This option gives you our Branch locations and phone numbers
