Our commitment to charitable giving reflects not only financial contributions, but also the dedication, time, and talents of our employees who actively support the communities we serve. We value the opportunity to consider each request we receive and appreciate the important work being done by organizations seeking our support. However, as Citizens State Bank operates with a finite budget allocated for donations, we are unable to fulfill every request in full, and in some cases, the amount awarded may differ from the amount requested. Additionally, all contributions must align with our established Donations Policy, and certain organizations or initiatives may not meet the criteria required for eligibility. We remain grateful for the efforts of those working to make a positive impact and are honored to play a role where we can.
