Pay A Loan

Pay your Loan - Your Way.

  • Same-day crediting of payments (up to 3 p.m.), which is especially helpful for last-minute or time-sensitive payments
  • More payment flexibility, including principal-only payments to reduce interest faster
  • Convenient funding options, using an external bank account or debit card they already have
  • Improved control over HELOC and HEL balances, helping customers manage interest and payoff timelines more effectively
  • Login to your online banking - consumer only - business banking customers are not eligible at this time. 
  • Go to Menu and choose PayRailz
  • Choose Pay a Loan at the top of the page
  • Select Loan to Pay - this will list all the loans you have here
  • Select Account to Pay From - you will need to "ADD NEW FUNDING" - this will allow you to either add an external account or your debit card from an account you own at another financial institution.
  • Enter Amount - Select the amount due, regular payment with a custom amount - this allows you to pay your regular payment amount along with any additional principal you would like to add - or Principal 
  • Enter dollar amount of payment
  • Select Your Frequency - you can set up a one time payment, on a fixed day each month, when the bill arrives, on due date, etc. Choose the Deliver Date - Same day payments are available
  • Schedule Payment Confirmation
  • Agree to terms and conditions
    • There is a per transaction fee of $6.99 
  • Confirm - you will get a confirmation number
 
  1. Select Activity on the top of the page
  2. Select the payment you want to edit or delete
  3. Confirm you want to accept the change
  •  View all of your transactions that have successfully processed. 
  • Export your files - download or print
  • Proof of Payment will allow you to print the detail of the payment
  • Set up a Default Funding Account (External Accounts are not available as a default at this time)
  • Payment Alerts - email or text
  • Statement Alerts - not all loan types with have statement alerts available
  • Manage Funding -  You can add external accounts and debit cards by choosing the plus (+) key at the top of the page.  You can also  delete external/debit card accounts  by selecting existing external or debit card account.
 
  • Choose a date with black dots below the number to show you:
    • Show you what payments were made on that day
    • Show upcoming scheduled payments
  •  List transactions by choosing the list option next to the calendar
