

MyCardRules is a mobile application that provides cardholders with advanced security and management controls for your Citizens State Bank Debit Card. It allows you to define exactly how, when, and where your cards are used through a variety of customizable settings.
Key Features:
- Card On/Off Switch: Instantly lock your card if it is lost or stolen to prevent unauthorized transactions. You can turn it back on just as easily once found.
- Transaction Controls: Enable or disable specific transaction types, such as online purchases, recurring transactions, or ATM withdrawals.
- Spending Limits: Set maximum dollar amounts for individual transactions or daily spending thresholds to help manage budgets.
- Location-Based Controls: Currently all International transactions are blocked. Contact us if you need to have this temporarily removed.
- Real-Time Alerts: Receive instant push notifications for all card activity, including approved transactions, declines, and suspicious attempts.
- Parental & Shared Controls: Monitor and limit spending for dependent cardholders (e.g., children or employees).

Location -based Security
Currently this has only International transactions as a choice.
All International transactions are blocked.
You can request a temporary release if need be.
